Every Pinoy Royale™ piece is made to order—crafted with precision, pride, and purpose. Because each garment is uniquely produced for you, we do not offer returns for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or color preference.

However, we are committed to your satisfaction.

🗓️ 30-Day Craftsmanship Guarantee

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective due to manufacturing, you’re protected by our 30-day guarantee.

Email info@pinoyroyale.com within 30 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the issue

  • A brief description

Once verified, we will replace or refund your item at no cost.

*Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives defective.

We understand that fit matters.

If you need a different size, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll work with you to find a size exchange solution on a case-by-case basis. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition to be considered. Contact us—we’ll guide you.

If a return is approved for a verified issue, we will provide instructions and cover return shipping. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless due to our error*.
