Every Pinoy Royale™ piece is made to order—uniquely crafted with precision, pride, and purpose. Because of our custom production process, returns or exchanges for wrong size, color preference, or change of mind are not accepted. Each garment is specially made for you — and we are committed to your satisfaction.

We stand by our craftsmanship. If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective due to manufacturing, you’re protected by our 30-day money-back guarantee.

Email info@pinoyroyale.com within 30 days of delivery.
Include your order number, clear photos of the issue, and a brief description.
Once verified, we’ll refund or replace your item at no cost.

⚖️What Is and Isn’t Covered

✅ Covered:

Manufacturing defects (seams, printing, embroidery, construction)
Fulfillment errors (received wrong item or size from our partner)
Transit damage caused during shipping

❌ Not Covered:

Wrong size or color chosen by the customer
Buyer’s remorse or change of mind after purchase
Wear and tear after use, washing errors, or alterations
Minor color or print variations from screen calibration or fabric texture

📦Return Shipping

If a return is approved, we’ll email instructions. For verified defects, return shipping costs are on us. For all other cases (except our error), the customer is responsible for postage. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
